Exported Pie chart size is minimized after export

Reproducing the Issue
When exporting a pie chart from Measure page, if Show value labels in charts is enabled then the output of the chart will change to include the value labels.
Cause
The chart space is automatically configured so output will adjust the size of the output to meet the configured space.
Resolution
Show value labels in charts should be disabled to see full pie chart after export
