2433284 - BAPI does not consider time period with 'NO_MACRO_EXECUTION_SNP'

Symptom

BAPI_PBSRVAPS_GETDETAIL2 is used to retrieve data from SNP planning book.
To prevent event macros from being executed, solution in SAP Note 939694 is used.
With field content 'NO_MACRO_EXECUTION_SNP' being added, data out of period specified with DATE_FROM and DATE_TO is returned in table KEY_FIGURE_VALUE.
