Symptom

The user will receive an error message when the connection has the issue, the error message likes below:

"ERROR [SyncWorker<0000FLQD 20 of 20>] (0000FLQD) [Registry] cannot activate tenant < <master>> since its database connection is currently lost"

"ERROR [Incoming-1,hybris-broadcast,hybrisnode-34] [] [Registry] cannot activate tenant <<master>> since its database connection is currently lost"
