2433399 - User Password Settings error - Successfactors LMS

When trying to modify user passwords under System Admin -> Configuration -> User Passwords, you receoive the below error.

Please report the following error to your system administrator:
java.lang.NullPointerException: while trying to invoke the method java.lang.String.length() of a null object loaded from field java.util.regex.Pattern.pattern of an object loaded from local variable 'this'
at java.util.regex.Pattern.<init>(Pattern.java:1336)

PASSWORD_POLICY configuration has been modified.

You could check for configuration changes in this PASSWORD_POLICY configuration and verify that the property 'rules.UnBrokenLoginIDRule' has been modified.

You may need to revert back to the default values and this would resolve the issue. You can obtain the default value when you access the view configuration changes.
