2433879 - Restricted User getting "Invalid User Name/Password"

Symptom

When a user type "Restricted User" tries to log into SAP HANA Studio with correct login credentials, the user encounters an error "Invalid User Name/Password". The correct error message should be "You are not authorized to execute this action; you do not have the required privileges".
