2434043 - Error 206 happened when running SQLJ functions after ASE upgraded to 15.7 SP138 - SAP ASE

Symptom

A SQLJ function works fine on ASE 15.7 SP134, but after upgrading to ASE 15.7 SP138, the SQLJ function could not work with the following error:
