2434154 - Assign Date - User Needs Management

You would like to know if Assign Date can be set in future when using Admin> User > Tools > User Needs Management

1. Login on Learning Admin side >
2. Go to Manage User Learning> Manage Assignments >
3. Follow the wizard steps: (1- Select Management action) (2- Select Users) (3- Add Items / Curricula /...) >
4. You will see Assign Date in the next screen already set with the current date.
5. When trying to set the Assign Date to future the Validation Error "The assign date cannot be in the future" is displayed:

Please note, User Needs Management is considered as a manual assignment tool. It is not dinamic as other methods such as Assignent Profile.

You can leave the Assign Date with the current date or select a date in the past, but it is not possible to select a date in future.
