Symptom
- When attempting to load the documents tab in BI Launchpad the following error is encountered:
This error occurred: "Failed. Please check the logs or contact your SAP Business Objects Administrator" /> - The following error is encountered in the BI Web Application logs:
java.lang.NullPointerException: while trying to invoke the method com.crystaldecisions.celib.properties.PropertyBag.getItem(java.lang.Object) of a null object loaded from local variable 'bag'
- With End to End tracing enabled (See KBA 1861180) the following stack trace can be found:
