Symptom
- Scenario #1:Tomcat stderr.log increasing in size with errors relating to caching (example below):
org.apache.catalina.webresources.Cache getResource WARNING: Unable to add the resource at [/WEB-INF/eclipse/plugins/webpath.AnalyticalReporting/web/dhtmllib/images/skin_default/slider_cursor_inv.gif] to the cache because there was insufficient free space available after evicting expired cache entries - consider increasing the maximum size of the cache" - Scenario #2: Post upgrade from BI 4.2 SP8 Patch 7 to BI 4.2 SP9+ (till BI 4.2 SP9 Patch 3) / BI 4.3 SP1+ (till BI 4.3 SP01 Patch 7), below warnings are seen multiple times in stderr.log (Windows O/s) / catalina.out (Unix):

These lines are not seen in BI 4.2 SP8 patch level. - Scenario #2: Tomcat is taking time to start immediately post upgrade from BI 4.2 SP8 Patch 7 to BI 4.2 SP9+ (till BI 4.2 SP9 Patch 3) or BI 4.3 SP01+ (till BI 4.3 SP01 Patch 7).
