2434390 - Action with deleted infogroup can still be selected and IT0000 saved

Symptom

  • an action is obsolete and the corresponding infogroup has been deleted from configuration (table T588D), still the action is available on the menu and can be run. Infotype 0000 is saved
  • in PA40 it is not possible to skip IT0000
