2434398 - Activating unplanned substitutions does not work

Symptom

  1. Activating/Adopting unplanned substitutions does not work.
  2. Error 'addInbox.read.Error' shown when 'Substitute for' button is clicked in My Inbox app. 
    • When 'Show Details' on the pop-up is selected, message - 'RFC call was not successful because of system failure 'Function module "/IWWRK/WF_TGW_SUBSTITUTION" not found' is displayed.
    • ST22 dump is generated - 'Function module "/IWWRK/WF_TGW_SUBSTITUTION" not found'.
    • In Gateway error Log (/IWFND/ERROR_LOG), message - "Invalid format (return table): Row Number 1, Property Name 'BeginDate', Property Value '0 '" is displayed.
