2434403 - CURRENT_OWNER tag is Showing the Initiator in the Workflow Action Rejected Notification

When rejecting a workflow. The [[CURRENT_OWNER]] tag is showing the Initiator of the Workflow in the Workflow Action Rejected Notification received, instead of the person who rejected the workflow.

This is not the correct tag to use in the Workflow Action Rejected Notification template.

The [[CURRENT_OWNER]] tag, when used in the Workflow Action Rejected Notification template, will return the initiator.

There is a tag [[REJECTED_BY]] which should be used in the Workflow Action Rejected Notification template. 

This tag will return the name of the user who rejected the workflow.
