Is it possible to delete an agency from Set Up Agency Access?

Go to 'Set Up Agency Access' and see the list of 'Agency IDs'.

UPDATE: The enhancements requests made by the customers were reviewed and approved by Product Management team. Now, SF internal teams are working towards to have it implemented within the next releases. This article will be updated soon as the release version is confirmed.

It is not possible to remove an Agency from Set Up Agency Access. There is only the option to disable an agency. If you would like product management to consider adding this functionality to a future release then I would advise you to submit an enhancement request by following the steps outlined in KBA 2090228 - How to submit enhancement requests for SAP SuccessFactors products.

To disable the Agency you just need to:

1. Go to Admin Center and search for Set Up Agency Access;
2. In there, on the first field you select the Agency Id you would like to disable;
3. Find the "Access" field and uncheck the option "Enabled":
