2434875 - Payout link showing up on termination screen - Manager Self Service (MSS)

Time Off Payout link visible from Termination UI:

b1611 with Time Off Implemented, MSS Permission and People Profile (PP3)

1. Login as a Manager with Termination permission

2. Select a direct report / subordinate

3. Terminate the selected direct report / subordinate

4. Payout link is available from the Termination UI

We've had an enhancement implemented on b1611 and above that focuses on this topic:

The payout link is not permissible, once an Employee (Manager) has an assigned permission role with Termination permission for target population, the Payout link for termination would show up on the termination screen of People Profile (PP3)

Typically the person who is terminating the employee will need specific permission to terminate the employee. Whoever has this permission, should be able to make payout as well. There is no segregation of duties when it comes to termination and payout for termination.

Usage behavior change targetted for 1711 release where the Termination screen shall consider the existing role-based permission setting for "Manage Payout", which is found under the "Manage Time Off" permission settings.
