2435330 - Deleting Replicated Sales Orders and Sales Quotes in C4C

You want to delete a Sales Order that had been replicated from ERP but you receive the error messages:

• "The item can't be deleted due to the status of the document"
• "Deleting data not possible; deletion disabled"
• "The header can't be deleted due to the status"

Replicated sales orders and Sales Quotes cannot be deleted from C4C.

To delete a replicated Sales Orders/Quotes in C4C you have to either delete the Sales Order in ERP and send a delete payload or send a dummy delete request to the Sales Order/Quote A2A service to delete the Sales Order/Quote in C4C.
