2435382 - PRD connection failed - IOException error- error 500

Support has idenitied an issue that prevents the PRD connection from being established. The error recieved when encountering this issue includes:

• "java.sql.SQLException: java.io.IOException"

• "Server returned HTTP response code: 500 for URL: https://XXXX-stage.plateau.com/vjdbc/vjdbc"

Plateau Report Designer- connecting to Leanring Management System

1. Launch Plateau Report Designer
2. Try to connect to the Stage instance
3. the error will be displayed

If you receive this error from all machines and locations, you may need to contact Support in order to confirm if an issue is on-going in the datacenter where your instance is hosted and to receive further information and assistance.
