2435475 - How to unzip folders on customers SFTP Account

Symptom

  • Customer has placed a zipped folder/s on their SFTP Account and now wish to have them unzipped;
  • Is there a way a zip file could be unzip by jobs?

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

Resolution

Currently, there is no functionality available to the customer, or Customer Support, to unzip folders that have been placed on SFTP Accounts.

To have folders unzipped, an internal case should be submitted to Operations Team. Please, provide the information below:
