2435578 - SLD Agent Candidates shows error 'the argument javaUserID cannot be empty' when trying to connect SMDAgents from the SLD to the Solution Manager

Symptom

When performing the Diagnostics Agents connection to the SAP Solution Manager using the SLD Agent Candidates feature of the Managed System Configuration, the feature fails with the error:

An error occurred while registering agent <SMDAgent_host> to SLD <SLD_HOST>. Check Details.

The details of the error shows message:

Missing argument : the argument javaUserID cannot be empty
