Symptom

When executing employee replication scenario (from Employee Central to ERP), the replication fails due to inconsistency error messages related to PA-OM scenario in SAP ERP HCM.

The messages displayed in SLG1 can be the following ones (not restricted to the listed below):

Inconsistency for assignment of personnel area X of company code Y -> PAOCF_EC_SERVICES099
Incorrect cost center in X for person Y in period XX.XX.XXXX - XX.XX.XXXX -> PB345
