2435670 - Password Login User is Redirected to SSO Login page when clicking Jam Deeplink

Customer is using Integrated Jam and has enabled Partial SSO.

When the Password Login User click the deeplink contained in the Jam notification, the user will be redirected to SSO login page but not the BizX Login Page.

1/ Send a notificition from Jam to a PWD login User

2/ The user clicks the deeplink containted in the notification

3/ The user is redirected to SSO login page

As the current system design, we do not support PWD login for jam integration. Which means the redirection of the Jam Deep Link doesn't differentiate PWD users or SSO users but rely on SP Initial Login setting. If customer has enabled SP Initial Login, all Jam users will be direct to SSO login page directly without go through bizx login.

If they didn't enable SP Initial Login, all Jam users will be direct to BizX login page.

This is an expected behavior
