2435681 - Fiori Transactional Apps ABAA and ABNE could not be opened

Symptom

When configuring Fiori Transactional Apps, ABAA and ABNE, user is getting the following message, Application could not be opened, with the following error in the console browser:

Illegal new hash - cannot be parsed: 'FixedAsset-post unplanned Depreciation?sap-ui-tech-hint=GUI' -
sap.ushell.renderers.fiori2.Shell.controller Uncaught TypeError: i.getTargetURL is not a function
