2435785 - iOS Enrollment fails with message 'App Transport Security has blocked a cleartext HTTP resource load since it is insecure'

Symptom

When attempting to enroll with the Afaria iOS app version 6.60.8177 or later, the enrollment fails and in the device log, a message similar to the following is seen:
