When a Global Assignment (GA) is created, it is given a start date / hire date, which applies to its records (e.g. Job Information 'Start Global Assignment' record, Compensation Information record). If that start date is changed, records such as the GA's Compensation Information record do not get updated, even if they had records on the GA's original hire date / start date.
