Time Off permission appears twice RBP

There are two RBP entries because one is coming from the Sucession data model(backend) "timeOffTab" that is the RBP for accessing the timeOff ESS UI.

The other entry is coming from the PP3 configuration.

The time management section has been renamed to "Time Off" and hence a permission is generated with this name.

 If you want to avoid confusion you need to rename the section to "Time Management" or you can remove the <tab-element id="timeOffTab"> from the data model.
