2436038 - All or most of the servers in SAP Information Platform Services Central Management Console (CMC) are disabled (FWB 00016) (FWM 01014) - SAP Data Services 14.2

Symptom

  • All or most of the servers in SAP Information Platform Services Central Management Console (CMC) are disabled.
  • Cannot enable one or more servers in CMC > Servers > Servers List.
  • SapBIClientManager, failed error : Your license key is invalid or has expired.  If you received a temporary license key by purchasing another SAP BusinessObjects product, you must register SAP BusinessObjects BI platform to receive your permanent license key. (FWB 00016).
  • Unable to find servers in CMS XXX:6400 and cluster @XXX:6400 with kind pjs and service DS.AdminService. All such servers could be down or disabled by the administrator (FWM 01014).
