2436078 - Cannot isql into RMA after performing rolling upgrade - SRS

Symptom

  • Performed rolling upgrade from ASE 16.0 SP02 PL04 to PL05
  • Replication Management Agent (RMA) is running, but cannot isql into it.

    isql -U DR_admin -P <pwd> -S <host>:7001
    CT-LIBRARY error: ct_connect(): network packet layer: internal net library error: Net-Lib protocol driver call to connect two endpoints failed
  • RMA errorlog shows:

[TRACE] [TaskEngine_2(ManagementStartTask):27][RMA] - [DataCollector] - Failed to find any references of type <PRIMARY> to this <DATACOLLECTOR> : Entity: RMA::Agent_<hostname>::<SID>Pri_RA Property: connection
