Symptom
A https client (e.g. Internet Explorer, Chrome, etc. browser, or SAP ERP) wants to send a https request to SAP Could Platform (SAP CP). The https server on SAP CP could be an application or a service like SAP CP Integration. The https calls run well in the past, but break suddenly with an error message similar to this (example from Microsoft Internet Explorer 10):
“There is a problem connecting securely to this website.
The security certificate presented by this website is not secure.
Security certificate problems may indicate an attempt to fool you or intercept any data you send to the server.
