2436193 - Error "500 Internal Server Error - Access by 'NULL' Object reference not possible" when accessing SOLMAN_SETUP transaction - SAP Solution Manager 7.2

During Basic Configuration steps, on the SOLMAN_SETUP transaction, the following error occurs:

•  500 Internal Server Error

   ERROR: Access by 'NULL' Object reference not possible. (termination: RABAX_STATE)

• In ST22 you can find the dump:

   Access using a 'ZERO' object reference is not possible.

   The exception is assigned to class 'CX_SY_REF_IS_INITIAL' and was not caught in
   procedure "GET_OBJECT_ID" "(METHOD)", nor was it propagated by a RAISING clause.
