• How to create a report showing users Concurrent Employment in Advanced Reporting
• The "Primary or Secondary Employment Information" field is not reportable from Global Assignment or Concurrent employment.  It is not reportable with Table, Canvas, nor Story.

• SuccessFactors Reporting & Analytics
• Canvas - Advanced Reporting
• Story Reporting
• Table Reporting

You create a report in Advanced report but you can identify users primary account verse their concurrent employment user accounts.

Go to Analytics > Advanced Reporting > Employment > Global Job Information

1. Add Person ID
2. Add First Name and Second Name
3. Add more fields ...

The Result output: cannot differentiate primary account vs their concurrent employment user accounts.

Moreover, the "Is Primary Employment?" field  is not or "Is Primary Employment for all SuccessFactors processes?" from Primary or Secondary Information portlet

• Enhancement Request
• In Concurrent Employment each employee has 1 Person Id / 1 Account ID but Multiples User IDs - The choice of driving table is important when creating a report to display both employment

Start with User ID in the "User Table": Since each Concurrent Employment has own User ID / the report output will return each Employment User ID on a separate row.

Steps 1: Go to Analytics> Advanced Reporting > Employment> Global Job Information > User (table) > User Sys Info > add the following fields

1. User ID (Each concurrent employment has own User ID)
2. First Name and Last Name

Step 2: Then add field Person ID from Global Job Information:

1. Person ID (Which is the same regardless of the employment) 

Step 3: Add the Start Date, End Date and Job Title from the Global Job Information / since each employment has a - start date / end date and Job Tile

1. Start Date
2. End Date
3. Job Title     

Step 4: Add the Legal Entity (Each concurrent employment has different Legal Entity)

Step 5: Filter by First and last Name:

Result show :

• each concurrent employment user’s ID on a separate row
• Start Date (different for each concurrent employment)
• Job Title (different for each concurrent employment)
• Legal Entity (different for each concurrent employment)
• Same Person ID
