2436287 - Missing privilege with 15.7.1 SP204 or later - SAP RSO for Oracle

You will get the below error when you check template file or create RepAgent for Oracle using rs_admin with SAP Replication Server Option (RSO) for Oracle 15.7.1 SP204 or later.
