• How to integrate SharePoint in SAP JAM
• If a customer uses a JAM group to access the SharePoint documents, then what would be the create/ edit / delete limitations within JAM or C4C?

By default, Jam uses a 'common' user to access SharePoint.  The individual user is not used.

If you want the user to login to Share Point and have their access rights in SharePoint, you can use AvePoint or SAP Document Services (part of the Cloud Platform.

Please, refer to the section 5.5.1 Admin Guide:SAP Jam Collaboration Administrator Guide. It describes the Share Point integration.

The Integration of SAP Jam with SharePoint is read-only, the permissions to access the files must be given in SharePoint side.
