Guaranteed amounts are bonus amounts that have been guaranteed to the employee/assignment, regardless of their calculated bonuses.
These fields are pre-defined by the system and currently it is not possible to hide or delete them from the Executive Review exported file (Bonus Payout Report).
In case you do not want to use these fields, null values (zero) will be populated for users.
If you would like to use these fields in your instance, it would be necessary to configure them as data fields, inside the background element "varPayEmpHistData" in the XML code of your instance (Data Model).
To configure these fields in the XML code of your instance, please contact Cloud Product Support or your Implementation Partner, as it will require a Configuration Change in the XML code of your instance.
After configuring these fields in the background element "varPayEmpHistData", you will be able to import this information for users through the Background element import job, using the following codes:
- null = Guarantee not used
- 1 = Guaranteed amount for the assignment
- 2 = Guaranteed amount for the employee
- 3 = Greater of Guaranteed amount or calculated amount for the assignment
- 4 = Greater of Guaranteed amount or calculated amount for the employee
NOTE: Even if these fields are not yet configured in your Data Model, they will display in the Bonus Payout Report, as per design.
