2436413 - Item moves to learning history even though Follow-Up Evaluation is set to "Required for Completion By"

Item move to learning history even though Follow-Up Evaluation is set to "Required for Item Completion By" at item Level or survey.

Required for item completion only applies for Item Evaluation survey and it does not apply for Follow-Up-Evaluation Survey.

There is a lot of difference between to fields.

1. Required for Completion (Item Evaluation Survey)
2. Required for Completion By (Follow-Up-Evaluation Survey)

Required for Completion. (Item Evaluation Survey) - Required for Completion: If you selected the Required for Completion check box on a survey record (Content > Surveys > Search Survey > Select "Options" tab ), then the system automatically selects this check box after you associate the survey with the item and click Apply Changes. After you associate a survey with the item, you can clear the Required for Item Completion check box; however, if you clear the check box, then the system does not require users to complete the survey before it moves the associated item to their learning history or completed work.

Required for Completion By (Follow-Up-Evaluation Survey) - Required for Completion By: For surveys that evaluate users' ability to apply their learning, you can require the survey for employees, supervisors, or both. You can set the required participants in both Learning Activities > Items> Search Item > Survey tab and Content > Surveys > Search Survey > Select "Options" tab. When you require a follow-up evaluation from an employee or supervisor, the survey remains on their assignments and cannot be removed until they complete it.
