2436430 - Status Process in Data Workbench do not get 'finished'

Symptom

During data upload in Data Workbench work center the status is stucked in status process after a certain time.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Data Workbench work center.
  2. Go to Monitor view.

The progress is stucked in status Process.

Resolution

The system will automatically set the status to finish/update after 6 hours.
