Cause

Overtime associated with an overtime pay type will be visible in the "Employee Times: Overtime Overview" report. However, overtime entries without an associated Premium Pay type will be listed under the Actual Hours column in the report.

Resolution

To ensure that overtime is correctly displayed in the report, it is necessary to add an Overtime Pay type to any overtime recordings in the system. This ensures that overtime hours are categorized properly and appear under the designated section of the report. If no Overtime Pay type is added, the system will default to showing the hours under the Actual Hours column in the report.
