• Can learning history records be deleted in mass?
• Can learning history records be updated in mass after being created?

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Mass Deletion/Update of Learning History:

• The Import Data Tool can be explored to update some Learning History fields. Information such as Completion Status or Completion Date cannot be updated as it will create a new history record. It is recommended to test before mass updating through the Import Data tool.
• The application does not have a way to mass delete existing learning history records.
• To mass delete/update records imported by mistake or unwanted learning history, please engage our Professional Services team.

Delete/Modify an item from User's Learning History:

• This enhancement request has been accepted for this feature to be added in a future release.
