2436831 - WDA: 403 forbidden error for public icons

Symptom

The Web Dynpro ABAP application throws 403 forbidden error for public icons.One of the following error occurs:

  • Icons are not displayed or are only partially visible in a Web Dynpro Application.
  • The application is called with HTTP protocol and in an HTTP trace (Fiddler, HTTPWatch trace or F12 Developer trace) 403 errors can be seen for some icons.
