2436873 - Class Roster report - Empty user's data

Symptom

The Class Roster report does not contain any user data.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Reproducing the Issue

In the Learning admin side, click:

  1. Reports >
  2. Search for "Class Roster" report in the search box >
  3. Run the report with the desired filters >

The report generated will not contain data from column 'o' on.

Cause

This is an expected system behavior.

Resolution

Even if there are no users enrolled in the class, the report will be generated without any error.

The report will show the class details from column 'a' to column 'n'.
