2436979 - ASE Error SQL1913: There is already an index on table 'DBH_CONFIG' named '"DBH_CONFIG~0"' - SAP ASE

Symptom

You want to monitor and administer SAP ASE databases remotely using DBA Cockpit, the databases are not running any SAP applications.
You follow the Solution in SAP Note 1593987, set up the database connection and add it through System Configuration in DBA Cockpit.
After that click 'Database <SID>' -> Configuration -> DBA Cockpit Framework -> Data Collectors and Admin Procedures,
but find the Setup column of Data Collector is Red LED, so you click Impletement Template or Repair All to fix it, but error 1913 is raised:
