2437053 - Unable Transfer Accrual to Entitlement

Unable to transfer accrual to entitlement system prompted an error that the adhoc transfer date should be earlier than Next Transfer Date.  The adhoc transfer date is Mar 3, 2017 and the Next Transfer Date is Mar 4, 2017.

Try to give an entitlement transfer early to the next transfer date. Ideally this should be allowed but we receive error.

There are these three validations:

• Ad hoc transfer date cannot be the same as the next transfer date.
• Ad hoc transfer date should be before the next transfer date.
• Ad hoc transfer date should be after the last transfer date.

In the screenshot of Time off workbench you can see that the time account has not received any entitlement yet.

The ad hoc transfer date should be after the last transfer date and there is no last transfer or first transfer date for this time account yet.

You need to wait till the first transfer date is past ( as per the above screenshot after 4th March, 2017), for making any past date ad hoc transfer of entitlement.
