SCEP certificate cannot be found on Samsung Galaxy S4 mini devices. For instance, an app (such as Citrix VPN) asks user to choose a certificate from the device for authentication purposes, and even though the certificate has been issued and sent to the device, Citrix VPN app cannot find it.
