2437374 - Approval Leave Request message is Stuck in Open Tasks

When Customer Reported Issue Such as 'Approval Leave Request Cannot be Changed ', and Remains "in Process".

1. Login Using the Concerned Employee Credetials

2. Go to Managing my Area WoC

3. Approvals

You will Find the Concerned Leave Request Task (s) : ' Approval Leave Request - Vacation '

The Task can be Resent to the Processor or can be Cancelled Depending on Customer Request.

Please Follow the Steps Below to Resend the Task to the Appropriate Processor:

1. Application and User Management WoC

2. Under Task Distribution View

3.  Select Business Task Management Sub-View

4. Open the Employee for Which the Approval Process is in Progress

5. Click on the Determine Assignment Button

This Will Redetermine and Send the Task back to the Responsible Person or Approver
