2437445 - The first few files are missing from a backup set - SAP IQ

Symptom

When looking to restore a backup taken from an SAP IQ server, you realize that there are files missing from a backup set.

For example, a backup may have written 4 files:

backup_file.1
backup_file.2
backup_file.3
backup_file.4

But the backup directory now only has the following files in it:

backup_file.2
backup_file.3
backup_file.4
