2437537 - Failure isn't recorded for online courses - SCORM related

There's a SCORM content which is set to grant failure when the users fail in the assessment of the content. However, when users fail, the failure isn't added in the learning history. The "Failure Status" at the item level:

"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."
