SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Open Home page V3
2. Open Recruiting Approvals tile
3. No Offer Approvals tasks are showing in the list even though Offer approvals are currently pending for the affected user.

The visibility of the tasks is determined by the ToDo General settings found in Admin Center under Manage home page / ToDo General settings

The relevant setting being : Show pending tasks starting X day(s) before they're due

The tasks will only appear in the Todo list when they meet or fall below this number.

Offer approval due dates are driven by the Form Template setting: Default Due Date.

The "Show pending tasks starting X day(s) before they're due" setting should be selected to match or be higher than the Default Due Date setting in order for all Offer Approval tasks to be visible as soon as they are created.
