2437628 - Employee Import: Process inactive Employees not updating Inactive Users Proxy and Matrix/Second/Custom Mgr field

You want to update Proxy or Matrix/Second/Custom Mgr field of an inactive user in the system using Employee Import and upon doing so with the “Process inactive Employees” option enabled the field did not get updated.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

Since b2011 release, customer with non-employee central environment can edit the fields belot for inactive users:

• Proxy manager
• Matrix manager
• Second manager
• Custom manager

This is also informed in our main KBA about the release 2011:

Note: This was not supported on old release. The customers should be activating these users to change such field.
