2437700 - ORD - Error prevents deleting users in User Maintenance

In Analytics - Analytics - Admin - User Maintenance, clicking Delete User causes a small popup error and prevents the action.  There is a similar error when attempting to expand and edit a user's personal Tree Security from the same screen.

If a Workforce Analytics cube is not present in the instance, and Manage Workforce Analytics - Measure and Dimension Permissions is enabled for RBP integration, attempting to delete a user will cause the system to refer to a non-existent cube and cause an error.  This option should not be enabled if there is no cube, because it does not apply to anything else.

After confirming that there is no WFA cube on the instance, go to Admin Center - Manage Workforce Analytics and disable Measure and Dimension Permissions.
