2437799 - Cannot Add Standard Fields Tax Number, Tax Country and Tax Number Type to The Customer Header Level.

Symptom

The standard fields Tax Number, Tax Country and Tax Number Type are not available to add to the Customer header level.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the Customers work centre.
  2. Select the Accounts work centre view.
  3. Click on Adapt and Edit Master Layout.
  4. Select the Customer ABC (ABC represents the Customer ID).
  5. In the Customer header level, hover over the field ABC (ABC represents the field ID).
  6. Select the Add items icon and then Add Fields.
  7. Here the standard fields Tax Number, Tax Country and Tax Number Type are not available to add to the Customer header level.

Cause

This is the expected system behaviour.

Resolution

The data from the Tax Number, Tax Country and Tax Number Type fields can be seen in the Account TI within the Tax Numbers tab.
