2437966 - How to restrict access to Employee Portal based on Process

Customer needs to restrict the access to Employee Portal based on additional Process.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding - Employee Portal

1. Start an activity
2. Complete PHV
3. Employee completes NES
4. At the end of NES you receive the congratulation message with link to Employee Portal

Customer has key "ApplicantPageBtnGoPortalShow" with value true to all processes.

To resolve this issue

1. Go to Super Admin Account Option and edit Key:  “ApplicantPageBtnGoPortalShow” 
2. In Process, select the one you want to set the restriction for;
3. Change the value from "True" to "False".

Customer can also delete the link Click here by manipulating the Localization File.
