2438013 - Error message FTR_GUI 403 with transaction TM_65

Symptom

When trying to reverse a syndicated facility the following message is displayed within transaction FTR_EDIT or transaction TM_65:

FTR_GUI 403 "This transaction cannot be reversed because drawings exist"
